The following videos are of Michael Badnarik telling it the way it is.
Topics covered;
1. The constitution is just a piece of paper. (For more, read some Spooner - http://lysanderspooner.org )
2. We do not have a democracy. (And you really don't want to.) We have a Constitutional Republic.
3. All political problems are based on the fact that the citizenry does not understand the difference between rights and privileges.
4. Rights are NOT granted by the constitution. They are not GRANTED. You cannot GIVE your rights away.
5. America is a COMMUNIST state.
6. Habeas Corpus is a RIGHT.
7. Government PRETENDS to have authority to deprive the citizenry of their rights.
8. We go to war to protect people from the very acts our government is committing against us today.
9. You can't fix problems you don't know exist - and the people aren't aware of the problems, but the problems (Military Commissions act, National ID card, etc) are become obvious.
10. The only rights you actually have are the rights you're willing to fight for. If you make peaceful revolution impossible, you make violent revolution inevitable.
Sound like the stuff I've been saying for the last year?
He hasn't written a 2nd Declaration of Independence, but he does say we have the RIGHT to abolish the government and start over.
I've written one.
All it takes is someone to stand up.
I just need to know the right place to stand.
Our rights can't be taken away or GIVEN away.
The government is foolish to believe it can deprive us of our rights.
Here's a link to the Communist Manifest in case you want to see it for yourself.Criminalgovernment.com/docs/planks.html
Please take a look at (and sign) my New Declaration of Independence and my proposed changes to the constitution that will reclaim our rights and liberties then work to ensure they are not stripped from us again in the same manner they have been over the course of the last 200+ years.
We can bring these criminals to justice if we speak out and unite against them.
And not a drop of blood needs to be spilled.
